Roy Henry Vickers is a painter, printmaker, carver, design advisor, speaker, author, and well-respected leader in the first Nations community. A recipient of both the Order of British Columbia and the Order of Canada, he owns a gallery in Tofino and has just released “Peace Dancer“, the fourth and final entry in the Northwest Legends series with co-author Robert Budd. Vickers also specializes in Totem Poles.
Simple Plan is a French Canada pop punk from Montreal. Since 2002, they have released five full-length studio albums, the most recent being Taking One For The Team, released February 19th, 2016. Over the years the band has received two Juno Awards, six MuchMusic Video Awards, one Teen Choice Award, and two ADSIQ awards, among many other accolades.
