Paul Damien Williams is documentarian hailing from the land down under. His latest movie, Gurrumul, is a chronicle of the life of Australian aboriginal singer and musician Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu, currently playing at Hot Docs Festival in Toronto.

Jutta Brendemühl is the curator of the Goëthe Institute Toronto, which is dedicated to German cinema and culture. The centre is presenting a three-night “retrospective” of the films of provocateur Christoph Schlingesief, including 120 Days of Bottrop, German Chainsaw Massacre, and Holding Skulls Is Not My Thing.
